Who is the PHCC for?

The Powerhouse Coaching Club is only for coaches who are:

• Trained or currently in training as a professional coach

  • Ideally you have completed, or are in the process of completing, a program that offers at least 60 hours of solid coach training. (Weekend certification goers need not apply.)

• Willing to learn and uphold the industry standards and competenciesas defined by the governing bodies
  • 

    I’m an ICF Master Certified Coach and I love having a set of standards to follow in my profession. I never get confused or swayed by the many watered down, made-up versions of coaching out there.
    I will teach and critique your coaching based on the 8 Core Competencies of the International Coach Federation. If you’re not sure what they are but are willing to learn them, join me!

Who is Jennifer Powers?

For those of you who don't know me...

I'm a highly experienced ICF Master Certified Coach with a successful full-time coaching practice since 2006. 

But I didn't build a profitable practice through fancy marketing or a huge Instagram following. I did it by learning how to be a REALLY GREAT COACH. I studied, practiced, reviewed, analyzed and polished my coaching skills with a mentor until I became the best I could. When I did that, my confidence went up...and so did my fees and referrals.
So, I'm here to help you do the same. 
To be the coach that people are dying to work with and are lining up to pay you good money because they heard that you can help them live their best life.
It's the secret of any truly successful coach: focus a lot of energy on being an awesome coach, and let your reputation, confidence and happy clients take care of the rest.
In my faculty role at one of the top coaching academies in the US, I’ve mentored over a thousand new and established coaches and recognized a gap between when coaches get certified and when they feel like confident, competent coaches. The PHCC will fill that gap for you. Trust me on this one.
